Brilliant stuff. I nearly posted "we're going to win tomorrow" when I pointed out that we were nowhere as bigger bag of sht that Hinkley were, but I didn't want to jinx us. I can't do the final home game, I hope I've seen my last ever Conference North game, but it was a great way to go out. I hope they reward everyone who's stuck by them with a win against Curzon Ashton (whatever that is). Now I'm going to get drunk

I look forward to us winning all of our remaining matches to show everyone that we could have stayed up if we had wanted to!
It would also be just reward for those who have been mad enough to do every game. I know I've done a couple of those seasons but this season is a different level.

Are any fans on 100% this season? I think I did it five times but we didn't do crazy things like go to Southport on a Tuesday. Anyone who's been to even half of the away games has done really well.

I remember doing Bath on a Tuesday night (Adam Bailey-Denis scored the winner and then got sent off (there's a familiar story)) and Newport for the game between the two FA Trophy semi final matches against Hucknall (a mad game that we lost 6-3 with, if I remember correctly, 11 changes from the Saturday game).
Both of these were chicken feed compared to this season (and petrol was a fair bit cheaper).

There were ten Blues fans up at Southport on that Tuesday night and personally I would give each and every one of the medal.
The team have kept competing even after relegation was confirmed and I’m delighted for the team, the supporters and Steve Smith that we won on Saturday. It would have been easy to throw in the towel but we have kept going and all the boys should hold their heads up high after the win. They earnt it.

Good interviews from Steve Smith and the Banbury manager post game on the Banbury web site.

Winning on a day we didn't even play might be the biggest achievement in the club's history In fairness, at my advanced age Dave I struggle to remember what day it is on most days! Being retired, I also have problems remembering what day of the week it is so, in order to help us, I suggest we ban bank holidays during the football season! And, just for clarification, I think winning the league on a night we didn't play was a bigger achievement.
