And I am not referring to Ellie's choice of music this time!
My understanding is that Friday's defeat at Tamworth equalled Hinckley's record of 18 straight league defeats in National League North, back in 2013/13.

We're not Hinkley though. We're not an artificially created club who didn't manage more than a decade of existence. We won't be deducted six points because we didn't bother fulfilling fixtures. And in the case of the game against Stortford, it really was a strop of massive proportions - and we won't refuse to drink in the boardroom as some kind of weird boycott. We won't have our reserve keeper quit because he was fcked off with playing on the left wing. We won't have less than three subs available (four at Southport on a Tuesday night when we're already down is seriously impressive), we won't only take 13 points from 42 games. We won't concede 143 goals in 42 games. Or 46 games, for that matter I don't know how we've failed to just nick a point at some point. We're obviously crap but we're not that crap. I've seen all bar one of our Tuesday night home games (we've managed to lose every Tuesday home game - that might be a record), and a few more. We've been in most of them for most of the game. We're not Hinkley. We'll still be here next year. Hopefully after that last minute winner tomorrow.
